Daren C. Marhula, CFA, is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Monitor Finance, which has acquired over 3,100 multi-family units throughout the mid-west and currently has over $185 million in real estate assets under management. Marhula has over 5 years of commercial real-estate experience and is an active investor and owner of multi-family properties. Prior to founding Monitor Finance, Marhula was a Wall Street sell-side research analyst for 10 years covering the healthcare services sector. He worked most recently as a Principal and Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray, and prior to that with Wessels, Arnold & Henderson (now RBC Capital Markets).
