Daren C. Marhula, CFA, is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Monitor Finance and a co-founder and owner of Elevate Property Management. He is a seasoned financial markets professional, with extensive experience in real estate, equity, and debt transactions. He has a strong background managing commercial real estate investments, performing financial analysis, and property management. Marhula has been an active investor and owner of multi-family properties since 2001.

Prior to founding Monitor and Elevate, Marhula was a Wall Street sell-side research analyst for ten years covering the healthcare services sector. He was a Principal and Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray, and prior to that with Wessels, Arnold & Henderson (now RBC Capital Markets). In 2000, he was named Best Stock Picker in the healthcare services sector by The Street, with a portfolio return of 217%. Marhula is a Board Member of HomeVisor, LLC.
