About us
Monitor Finance is a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating multifamily communities across the Midwest. Our partners spent the earlier part of their careers at Wall Street firms and national investment banks, in senior roles spanning investment banking, capital markets, equity trading, and equity research. We have been investing in multifamily real estate for more than two decades.
That background shapes how we underwrite, structure, finance, and manage every property. We invest in markets we know, hold with a long-term perspective, and pursue durable value for our residents, investors, and communities.
